Truck and Bus Parts - Ireland’s leading parts supplier to the HGV aftermarket sector. We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. This role will suit anyone with knowledge of the Truck, Bus, Trailer and Van Parts Sector or an eagerness to learn. Positions available Dublin Southside and Dublin Northside.

Duties / Responsibilities:

· Creating and processing orders through our IT system

· Dealing with customer queries in a pro-active and efficient manner

· Identifying part requirements through registration and chassis number look up 

Personal Attributes

·  Knowledge of Car and LCV parts       

· Customer focused

· Strong organisational skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· A professional telephone manner

· Basic computer skills

· Knowledge of various parts software systems
